Reputation Institute rates Brussels 12/12/11
Brussels claims 14th place out of 100 contestant cities in the 2011 City RepTrakTM study published by the US-based Reputation Institute. Top place went to London, followed by Geneva and Sydney. The study measures the overall “trust, esteem, admiration and good feelings” expressed by the public, as well as perceptions across 13 different attributes relating to economy, administration and general appeal. “Being perceived as a safe city for visitors and residents”, says the Reputation Institute, “was the most important attribute to drive a city’s reputation.”
