Brussels sees upsurge in foreign direct investment 25/06/12
The two leading specialist FDI consultancies, IBM Plant Location International and Ernst & Young, have released their findings on foreign direct investment trends in 2011. The studies concur in rating Brussels as the fastest growing region in Belgium, with an increase of nearly 100% in new FDI projects. The US remains the biggest investor in Belgium, while Asian investments from China, Korea, Japan and India are all growing.
