2012, the year of ‘Brusselicious’ 12/01/12



The next six months in Brussels will be dedicated to what foreigners know the city for best: its gastronomy and good living. This will be the theme of a programme running to early-June in exhibitions, events, markets and multi-star restaurants. Honour will be paid to the things the city is famous for: traditional Belgian recipes, cockles and mussels, chocolate, and of course a dazzling range of abbey beers and the humble but unparalleled ‘French fry’ (chips to the English).
